• The duration of the treatment, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, is determined for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the data are collected and processed, in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law except for the need to extend storage times in the event of pending disputes before the competent judicial authorities; in detail, the data is stored according to the following timing:
